Irene Fonzi, P.A.

While many lawyers will tell you being sued is “not personal...it’s just business,” it is personal when it happens to you. You need a lawyer you can relate to and depend on with open and honest communication. Irene lives locally and has raised three children in Brevard County. She always says, “It’s a small town,” and that means you have to get it right.
Prior to opening Beachside Law Office, Irene was General Counsel for nine beverage companies with more than 60 locations nationally. She has experience in real estate, risk management issues relating to corporate acquisitions, mergers, consolidations, and dispositions—along with her participation in due diligence, negotiations, and preparation of documents. This corporate experience has benefitted many business owners in Central Florida as they have navigated creating and opening businesses, buying/selling properties, construction contracts, managing landlord/tenant issues—including complex commercial leases—SBA loans, franchise agreements, and more.
