Irene Fonzi, P.A. is an established legal practice focusing
primarily on real estate and business law in Satellite Beach, Florida. During the real estate crash, the firm was heavily involved in foreclosure defense. As the economy recovered, the firm looked for other opportunities to service the people within our community.
Relentless Title and Law was established to help
navigate buying and selling for both commercial and
residential property, from buyers and sellers.

Today, Irene Fonzi, P.A. d/b/a Relentless Title and Law is
able to take immediate action to resolve any real estate issues.
The experience and team behind Relentless Title eases the
path by clearing title issues that arise from defective title,
probate, trust issues, liens, etc. Many of our title closings come
directly from other title companies that, without the benefit
of legal council, are unable to close on the transaction.

Irene opened as a solo practitioner in Brevard County
over 10 years ago. As one of the first attorneys in the area to
defend homeowners against foreclosure, she quickly gained a
reputation as a lawyer "for the people." She is known for her
compassion and devotion to always do right by her clients.
As the economy recovered, Irene looked to the future
and took the next logical step, launching Relentless Title to assist
clients with buying and selling property. As Relentless Title began to
flourish, she focused on business law for corporations, limited
liability companies, and individuals in the formation and
operation of businesses, including drafting formation documents,
negotiating purchase contracts, leases, employment
agreements, etc. She continues to offer mediation services to
both law firms and individuals for bankruptcy and civil matters.

Melanie Byars
Title Agent
Melanie has been a licensed Title Agent for over 3 years. Prior to getting her
license, she worked with Irene at Beachside Law Office as Office Manager.
As the office manager, Melanie prepared and submitted loan modification
packages for clients in foreclosure. Her experience dealing with various lending institutions is invaluable when transitioning to title closing services.
